Ortner's Resort, located in Bad Füssing, Germany, provides a unique experience for its guests. The resort invites guests to relax in the largest hotel-owned thermal spa in Bavaria. Marketing the resort was a challenge, especially with regard to achieving optimal occupancy outside of the high season. The goal was not only to maximize room occupancy. It was also to attract new guests.

Lead Generation as a Success Strategy

To meet these challenges, the resort relied on online lead generation. With the help of ADDITIVE, the potential of this marketing strategy was recognized and exploited. Lead generation refers to targeted marketing activities in which contact details of potential guests are collected in order to ultimately win them over as guests.
