Doing good often begins very quietly - with attentiveness, compassion, and the desire to be there for one another. That is exactly how ADDITIVE Cares came into being: our annual initative through which, as a team, we support social projects in South Tyrol. This year's focus: the "Kinderherz" association.

€8,350 for Little Hearts in South Tyrol

In 2025, our donation goes to the association "Kinderherz - Verein für herzkranke Kinder". Thanks to the joint commitment of our employees and the management team, we were able to hand over a donation totaling €8,350. The contribution will be used to purchase mobile ventilation devices that give affected children more freedom and quality of life in their everyday lives.

Support That Makes a Difference in Everyday Life

Every year, around 50 to 60 children in South Tyrol are born with a heart condition. For many families, this means new life realities, medical challenges, and significant emotional strain.

The Kinderherz association supports affected families precisely during this phase - providing guidance, orientation, and practical help. Everyday support is especially important: when appointments, treatments, or rehabilitation stays need to be organzied, or when parents and relatives simply need someone who understand what they are going through.

This year's donation is being invested in technical aids in the form of mobile ventilation devices. The new devices are compact enough to allow children and teenagers greater freedom of movement - for example, attending school, going on trips, or experiencing small moments of normal childhood. At the same time, vital respiratory support is guaranteed at all times.

A strong example of how technology can provide immediate help - and how much value lies in things that are often taken for granted: mobility, everyday life, normality.

Stronger Together: Our Contribution as a Team

ADDITIVE Cares (former "ADDITIVE Heartfelt Projects") thrives on togetherness. The principle is deliberatly simple: employees voluntarily donate an amount of their choice - and ADDITIVE doubles the total at the end. In this way, many small contributions come together to create support that truly makes an impact.

With around 80 employees and an international team, ADDITIVE has grown in recent years. This makes it all the more important to us that our social commitment grows as well - and that, as a company, we take responsibility where our roots are.

ADDITIVE Cares: An Initative With Purpose

For us, ADDITIVE Cares is more than a fundraising campaign. It is an expression of what we stand for as a team: cohesion, responsibility, and the conviction that team spirit and a strong corporate culture become especially visible when it is about others.
