Voucher marketing is a simple and effective way to increase the number of guests and generate more revenue. This is how you can successfully implement it in your hotel.

The use of vouchers is an essential marketing tool for hoteliers: They increase the hotel's revenue and therefore its profit in several ways.

Engage guests with value-added services

Vouchers are used in a variety of situations:

  • Satisfied guests want to inspire their environment of a hotel in which they have stayed several times
  • The environment of satisfied guests decides to give a voucher because it knows that this hotel is one of the favorites of the presentee

Voucher marketing increases revenue, and not just when the hotel sells voucher online. Of course, it's nice when voucher sales bring in money. A positive onsite experience will inspire the redeemer and make them a repeat customer. Vouchers can bring double profit

There is immediate liquidity because the sale of the voucher brings immediate

  • The purchase: Purchasing hotel vouchers must be easy. On the one hand, it must be easy to find on the website, and on the other hand, it must be easy to use. Extensive payment options and easy shipping increase the guest's willingness to buy.
  • The redemption: Many hoteliers underestimate this point as well. Cumbersome terms and conditions prevent guests from redeeming their vouchers. This is a waste of further potential, because such vouchers can turn potential guests into actual visitors, because they had to spend little or no money on their stay.
