Max Brown 7th District in Vienna combines modern lifestyle with unique design and a charming location in the creative district. Discover how the hotel concept delights guests with local flair and an exceptional atmosphere.

The Boutique Hotel in Vienna

Boutique hotels drawing on local inspiration are a hit with the international bourgeois bohemian set (aka "Bobos"), combining a sustainable urban lifestyle with a youthful design aesthetic without forgoing comfort and service. As all other Max Brown hotels, with its 140 rooms and suites the Viennese newcomer provides guests with multifunctional common areas (termed "social spaces"), which can be utilised for game evenings, cultural and other events as well as parties. As suggested by the retro portable record players, cactus, holly and scale model cars in the rooms, the decor is inspired by 1960’s Scandinavian design. The hotel also houses the Mediterranean "Seven North" Concept Restaurant run by Israeli chef, Eyal Shani, who was also behind the international celebrity restaurant Miznon with a Mediterranean concept, where cooking is done over an open fire.

Redefining Comfort and Design

Special attention is given to the high comfort levels of their large beds: soft beds are essential in ensuring first-rate comfort ("Basics at its best"), perhaps a valid reason for checking out late. At Max Brown, pride in their hotel beds is taken to new lengths, going as far as sending a sample bed on tour across Europe! The sample unit (with its very own hashtag: #maxbrownbed) can be tried out in movie theatres, in museums or even at music festivals.
The city guides on the Max Brown hotel website differ from the usual recommendations and are full of exciting new tips. As Liran Wizman, founder and owner of Max Brown Hotels, puts it: "Our plan is to create an inviting atmosphere using playful design and thoughtful service. The Max Brown approach is caring about what matters, such as providing the most comfortable beds and excellent food".
