Recruiting as a component of human resources marketing describes the active process of identifying, attracting and retaining qualified employees for one's own business. In contrast to employer branding, recruiting is demand-driven, depending on vacant or new positions in the hotel, and is aimed specifically at potential, qualified employees.However, before actively launching recruitment campaigns, important employer branding questions should be clarified, such as "What does the hotel stand for?", "What is the corporate culture? "What added value does the hotel offer its employees?" or "What qualities should future employees have?"
