On the one hand, guest demographics such as age, country of origin and language are important for targeting marketing activities. In addition, booking behavior is analyzed and used to target customers. For example, newsletter recipients can be segmented and targeted with relevant content based on their interests. With just a few clicks, families who regularly spend their summer vacations at a hotel can receive an email with messages relevant to them, while couples who prefer wellness in the winter months can be contacted with tailored offers. These opportunities significantly increase the likelihood of bookings.

Automated marketing with A+ MARKETING AUTOMATION is also made possible by the use of guest data. Marketing actions are controlled by various guest contact triggers without manual intervention. These include, for example, visits to the hotel's own website. Even the fact that the guest booked his vacation exactly one year ago triggers a marketing activity.  For example, the guest will automatically receive a special offer for this year to motivate them to stay again.
