Online Public Relations (E-PR, Digital PR) is a form of web-based public relations that employs all the resources provided by online media. Its goal is to increase the online presence of an organization, company, or individual using online channels. Communication on websites or social media is used to draw attention to a certain product or service and to cultivate a positive reputation. Another objective of digital PR is to built and preserve relationships with stakeholders that can influence the company, organization, or person. Press releases, blog posts, newsletters, or social media posts are used to create a lasting positive impact on the external image of a company or brand.
