Travel costs

• Charged at 0.60 Euro / km
• The time spent is not included and will be charged additionally at 50% (hourly rate of the employee)

• Travel by plane, train, rental car
• Overnight stays
• Food & drinks

All service prices and expense claims are subject to VAT.
